Customize Order?

 

1. Design Consultation:
 • A consultation will be scheduled to discuss your design preferences, style inspiration, fabric selection, and any specific customizations.
 • All designs will be created based on your preferences and can include modifications to existing pieces or completely new designs.
2. Pricing:
 • Custom designs are priced based on the complexity, materials, and labor required. A quote will be provided after the initial consultation.
 • The final price will be confirmed before the design process begins.
3. Payment Terms:
 • A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the design and order.
 • The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or pick-up.

 

4. Fabric & Materials:
 • You will have the option to select fabrics from our available collection or provide your own materials.
 • Any additional costs for client-provided materials will be assessed and added to the final price.
5. Design Process:
 • After confirming the design, a sketch or detailed design concept will be shared for approval.
 • Once approved, the production timeline will begin. Estimated completion time will depend on the complexity and volume of your order, typically ranging from 2-6 weeks.
6. Fittings and Adjustments:
 • For custom designs, a fitting appointment is required. Additional fittings may be necessary to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
 • If adjustments are needed after the final fitting, they will be completed with an additional charge.

 

7. Cancellations and Refunds:
 • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled fitting or design consultation for a full refund.
 • Once work has begun or materials are ordered, no refunds will be issued, but exchanges or adjustments may be made.
8. Delivery & Pick-Up:
 • Completed designs will be available for delivery or pick-up once the final payment is made.
 • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be calculated based on your location.
9. Ownership & Rights:
 • The customer will retain ownership of the final design, but the designer maintains the right to use photos of the design for marketing and portfolio purposes.
10. Quality & Satisfaction Guarantee:
 • We ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship and materials. If you are not satisfied with your custom design, we will work to resolve the issue through adjustments or alterations as necessary.
